1. North Arundel Aquatic Center, Glen Burnie, Md
The North Arundel Aquatic Center is not a typical Maryland indoor water park, but it offers more features than a normal public swimming pool. Here you will find a 134-foot water slide and a vortex area. There is also a splash-down area, water buckets, and a preschool water slide for younger kids. Adults can relax at the poolside spa while their kids go have some fun.
One downside for me is that there are no swim diapers allowed here, so children must be potty-trained to enter. At this time my twins are not potty trained, so I am really counting down to going here again! This is a budget-friendly option to have some fun at an indoor water park. Both residents and non-residents can purchase a day pass here.

7. Truxtun Park pool and Splash Pad, Annapolis
This is a really great poo, and splash pad located in Annapolis, Md. It is open to residents and non residents plus swim diapers are allowed. It does get crowded fast especially on weekends but they have a maximum capacity so its a bit of a waiting game if its full when you get there.
There is a big lap pool in the middle that is 5-10ft deep. They also have a splash pad area for kittle kids what is shaded and completely fenced. For bigger kids, there is another kids pool area with fountains and a huge water slide, here the water is about 1-4ft deep.
As far as the big slide, the bummer is you have to do a slide/swim test in the lap pool where you need to be able to swim on your back the entire lap. It does make sense though because the big slide drops you into the 4ft deep section so for kids, they have. to make sure they can get out safely.
There is also a playground in the same compound of the splash pad/ pool which is nice to dry off.
